The service at this hotel was disappointing. I had a very uncomfortable experience with the unsatisfactory response from the staff when I complained about the cleanliness of my room. It felt as if my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed, which left me feeling unwanted and frustrated throughout my stay.

Not the best experience.
Check-in was super easy which was nice. The room was mostly clean except for a few rough spots. The location had good vibes, but I felt uneasy hearing people outside all night. Also, having no plugs near the bed was annoying. They did have a snack bar, which was handy for late-night munchies.
